Yes. It can be a tight fit, length wise, depending on the brand. People have had good luck with AW's 17500's, fit wise. I had to make some adjustments to the tailcap to make mine work reliably. I do not have any AW 17500's.

To add, I have better luck using 17490's, as sold on Lighthound. They are unprotected.

yes but don't run the MN11 on em. either add an extension to run a pair of 17670s, or buy a leefbody to run 2x18500 or 2x18650, or have the M3 bored. The MN10 up to the EO-M3 can be used on 17500s, just not the MN11. Too much current for the cells.

I use AW 17500 in my M3 and they work well. I have a clicky tail cap on mine so no problems with the adjustment on it.

Tight fit here as well. Shortening the spring helped.

CM helped me with good advise and filed down a washer to fit in tailcap. This made for contact without screwing down so hard on batteries. He did this when I had sent an L6 to him to change out Lux V to Cree. L6 uses M3 body, renamed L6.

Does anyone have a picture of an M3 + A19 compared with other lights? Just want to be able to see the difference in size/appearance.
