With regards the Delghi parts. I have done a search, and although I did not buy from this thread. It does quote "Entirely made of titanium T6Al4V Grade 5,", so I would make an assumption that all his parts are made from the same material.

I'm afraid I don't know what the Morelite one is made of. I have done a search on some of the Morelite threads, as it doesn't mention the grade of Titanium. I have sent a PM to Morelite asking the question. I will post back here when Dwayne replies.

From what I have gathered from reading the McGizmo forums, the two Grades
of Ti used in nearly all cases (for flashlights) are Grade 5 or Grade 2.

Don has stated in the past that different parts of his lights had been
made with different grades and that it is virtually impossible to tell
which is which. For all practical purposes, it really doesn't matter because
their properties are so similar anyway.
