Novatac 120P rubber button cracking

i purchased an Novatac 120P a few months ago, i decided to take this light with me camping for the forth and when i took it out i noticed that the rubber button has hundreds of tiny cracks in it.:sigh: anyone else have this problem, my worry is that in time that the rubber well completely fall apart. note ive had this light for a very short time and hardly used at all. also does anyone know if this is covered in the life time warranty?

I'd snap a pic and send it to Novatac asking for a replacement.

It should be covered under their warranty.

And if you do take a pic, post it here, someone might be able to give you an answer to "why" it happened.
