Fenix TK11 or Tiablo A9?

The technology keeps bumping up and I'm going to have to stop buying flashlights because every time I turn around, the one I paid big bucks for is obsolete.

Now I'm looking at the Fenix TK11 and the Tiablo A9 from DX for my bug out bag. I'm also looking at the XLight HA-III Cree Q5-WC 230-Lumen LED Flashlight for $26 for EDC.

Anyone have any recommendations? Also, are there any great bargains at DX or elsewhere I should know about?

AFAIK the TK11 and the A9 are fairly different. The A9 is a throw master and has an unpocketably big head, where as the TK11 has more of a general purpose beam pattern (which still has good throw, its just not a throw master) and fits into more places: pants pockets, cargo pockets, backpack side pockets, etc.

What do you want it for? Camping and hiking: TK11; Search and Rescue, Signalling boats, spotting stuff really really far away: A9
