The SureFire Millennium Universal WeaponLights were used by US Marines to search underground complexes reported BBC News at 10pm tonight (14/04/03) - There was a superb shot of one which I'm about to see if the BBC have put online.

You should've seen the SF MU weaponlights mounted on the SR-47 rifles being used by USSOCOM operators in Afghanistan (cave fighting applications). I've yet to find a decent picture of one mounted on that type of weapon platform.

I watched the news the other day and caught a killer room by room clearing video. Every M4 either had a M900A or a MU M3 variant with the dual screw mount and SW02. A surefire convention for sure!
