I was at walgreens the other day and I saw a flashlight there that had a couple cheap 3mm leds in it. The cool thing was that it had two strips down the side and when you held the flashlight in your hand, you completed the circuit and it turned on.

I was wondering if anyone else has seen this...It would be sweet to buy it and gut it just for that switch and put it on a mag or some other light of your choice. If i remember correctly the light was about 5 or 6 bucks.

Check it out!!!:twothumbs

It uses the hand as an electrical conductor? Might not be a good idea with some of the higher powered mag mods.

I've seen it with other brand name too, probably all rebranded from the same importer.

It's only a sensor, you can flip a switch and make it touch on, touch off, instead of hold on momentary. But I don't think the actual switch circuit can handle any significant amount of current anyway.
