SureFire does not offer the 9P in HA (black or natural)
(there may well be a tiny number of classic 9P's released in HA - collectors items)
The A19 has not been offered in HA either.
(I believe there are aftermarket alternatives though)

I have a C2 HA bezel with the adaptor to take the round E2 body (no Clip) and Am getting a M60 drop in... wanted to run it off 3 cells tho... maybe I should just grab a 6P with a 9P adaptor and forget about HA...

If you are really interested, do what I did.
I took a Leef 3x123 body $55 in HA natural, and added a Surefire HA natural bezel (Z44 HA) $37 and tailcap $38 (Z41 HA). I'm currently running an Lumen Factory E0-9 incan bulb off two AW 18500 li-on rechargeables.
It cost more money to get a 9P in HA but can be done. You will probably be better off buying the C3 for the price if using 18500's are not an issue for you.
