Dream came true .....I have a Maxlite

Yesterday,thanks to the kindness of John C and everyone else at Lighthound I scored a Arcmania Maxlite AA that was upgraded with a P4.
This is a WONDERFUL light. The fit and finish of this light is superb. It's supposed to be a "second" but I hardly see anything wrong with the finish.
I now plan to change out the bezel to a Ti one from TNC. My question is to any who own a Maxlite. Do I have to purchase a bezel tool to remove the stock bezel? is there another way because I don't see how needle nose would do the job on account that none of the five bezel "points" are across from each other.
I can't post pics yet,but will next week. I got alot to post too.....stay tuned.

can you remove it using the silicon mouse mat method,push against it and twist.

Tried that but the stock ring is flush,almost recessed.
