I`ll answer if its allright..

The reflector is 19mm and has excellent throw and beam...!

And yes, it fits perfectly...!! (I`ve got this with that setup...)

I'm confused. I've been under the impression the Nexgen could be run on any cell combination up to 6v.

Yes, the NG converter is fine with a single R123 cell

The shoppe website says "Maximum Vin: 6V or Vout which ever is lower.", so it depends on the Vf of your LED whether you can get away with using rechargeables.

I too am suprised its still here, at this price anyone with a Ti Aleph19 head/host could use the parts(sapphire window,Oring,mcr19xr reflector,Light engine)
to finish the build..
