looking for Mag D heatsink

Does anyone know of a heatsink for a mag D that is set up for a single 17mm star? Basically, I'm trying to find a heatsink that will slide all the way into the tube (no lip to machine off) after removing the bulb holder tower, without a pedestal for the LED, and hollow in the back to accomodate a driver.

Hmm, I dont think anyone makes one like that in production, but it's really simpler than most production sinks. Out of curiosity, what is it for? (ostar maybe)

I'm using it with an aspherical, and want the ability to adjust the focal length easily, and change out drivers and LEDs. The new Cree :devil: sounds promising...
I've considered making it myself from copper or brass but figured it may already exist!
