Help with Zebralight H50 Q5

I lost the 2 low levels. It only turns on high.
I cleaned it, put new battery, NO low levels :shrug:
Any suggestions??:thinking:

Just curious, are you using a 3.0v or 3.6v lithium battery? I didn't think it mattered, but maybe it does.

It is H50 AA not H30 and I use AA eneloop or AA energizer lithium.

I know it's an AA, I thought you might be using a 14500 rechargable 3.6v, which is AA size. If you are using Eneloop or energizer AA lithium, sounds like there's something wrong.
Did you get your H50 from FenixStore? If so, contact David - he'll take care of you.

I did got it from FenixStore and I will contact them on Monday.
