Are star PCB's isolated?

10 Min from NDAC.
I have ordered 4 of the q5's on stars from DX (SKU 2394)

Does anyone know if the bare aluminium base of the star is electricaly isolated or will my heat sink short it out or something?

It's isolated. I've tested those star mounted LEDs with a DMM and in use.
