so confused.... Dereelight and you guys have different opinions !!!NEED HELP

Hello

i post thread asking about 5AQ2 drop in to fit my surefire z2

found one in Dereelight which is 2.8-4.2 volt led

when i contact them and asked them if i could use it with my 2RCR123 (8 VOLT) they said YES ..

and the guys here say no ..that will damege the LED

!

Dereelight makes their dropins with two different circuits.
Their "digital" models are designed for using 18650 LiIons and cannot take 2 RCR123s.
Their 1SM-2 and 3SM modules will accept 2 RCR123s.

  - Battery Type: 1x18650, 1x17670

they donot say it works with 2RCR123 ...only mention the 18650 and 17670 which is 4.2 volt

thats why i confused .... and would not place an order

donot want to get the wrong drop in ... then have to go in return proccess or replacment ( 2 weeks more may be ) :sick2:
