My roommate bought it somewhere, and it has a single white LED housed in an acrylic "barrel" with a black sleeve that moves back and forth to focus the beam though a glass lens. Power source is 3 AAA batteries, loaded in the tail cap. On off switch is a rotating ring at the base of the black sleeve.
Has knurled aluminum grip.
Beam projection is very very nice. Very round and even with few artifacts. I really liked this light, but it had no brand markings anywhere on it, and my roommate didn't know anything about it.
