Who can mod this light for me?

Hello,
I bought another Nuwai Q3 and I want to have it modded, I want to change the emmiter to something more white and a little brighter, so what are my choices and who could do it for me without breaking the bank, this is a light I use at work and it needs at least three hours run time and at least 60 lumens

EDIT: My mistake, I thought you meant it was a CREE Q3, I was not aware of the details of that light. Its a Luxeon III correct? A Cree will make a massive difference.

The brightest you can get is a R2, and it won't even be noticably be brighter without a direct comparison. Probably 30% more light for atleast $15 for the cree, and atleast $20 for the mod and shipping both ways.
