How have you guys gotten credit for sending in broken lights?

I sent in a broken Arc LS awhile ago to get credit. I forgot to include a tailpack with the broken head, so took a $20 credit hit. I actually think the tailpacks were sold for $10 each at the time, but the big problem I'm having is getting the actually credit delivered to me. The replies have been incredibly slow and often require multiple emails, to multiple recipients, to even get a reply. On top of that they have not been very clear as to what is happening. On some of them they say they will give me my $140 credit. In the next one they want me to send them money to get my credit???? I'm not sure what the heck is going on. :hairpull: I'm expecting an email code or some sort of certificate that will indicate that I have $140 in credit to spend at their site.

Has anyone here ever gone through this process and how did it work for you?

Sinjz, try the 602-269-6950 phone number. Ask for Maria with Arc . IMO, I don't believe e-mail is very quick or effective with the new Arc/Mega Tech.
