Do the new Nitecores ship with a battery?

There has been some discusion about light being shippd with Lithium batteries. I know last year when I got a light from McGizmo he did not want to ship it with a battery. There is a thread about this issue somewhere I think. It may be more of a concern for international shipping.

I remember lithium battery installed in the device was fine under the new regulation, at least I hope so.
