Looking for UV type B Hand Held Light

I need a hand held UV B Light 310-313Nm to treat a skin rash, Hope someone will be able to point me in correct direction. Also power in Jules at X distance from target.

How about SolarcSystems? This model has a pair of narrow band UVB bulbs centered at 311nm. They don't say what the power level is. It just states the wattage of the bulbs. They have several other larger models and a download page to get specs. They also have among other things there a, "Doctor's Letter of Medical Necessity." Apparently they won't just sell it to you outright.
