Great customer service from Insight....

I recently bought 3 H2X Typhoon 2's, 1 for me and 2 for 2 of my co-workers at the FD. The center of my beam looked yellow and when compared to the other 2 it was much more yellow than them. I could only see a tiny yellow on theirs compared to mine. I sent Insight a short e-mail asking if it the yellow was a problem and explained my comparison to the other 2. They responded back within 1 day with an appology and to tell me my new H2X Typhoon 2 has already been shipped. I was quite suprised, I figured they would want me to send it in. 3 days after my e-mail from them came a brand new light in the plastic box with the lanyard and fresh batteries. I thought I would just get the light, not the whole "new setup". I thought this was great customer service and wanted to pass along this positive story.

Wow, I'm surprised, sounds like their customer service is better than a lot of companies.
