These A123 Systems 26650 batteries have been salvaged from a new Dewalt DC9360 battery pack. While these cells are from a new pack, and fully charged using a BC-6 to 3.3V, they have no warranty other than they will not be DOA. Please note: bus bars have been removed, the spot welds ground flat and a Sharpie has been used to make a red ring around the + end of the cell.

These cells are available for immediate sale at $19 now $17 per cell shipped to the lower 48...

To help ease the congestion in the PM in-box, the price these cells are being offered at is basically what it costs me - there's not any profit to be made.

These Dewalt packs (w/ 10 cells in each pack) can be had on eBay for $130-140 on average. Then, you add shipping. I'm offering the cells for $17 each, delivered to your door. So, I'm not in a position to sell them for a loss.

In regards to what they can be used for: below is some information copied from a great thread on a few options. They WILL fit in a C-Size Maglite host - if you remove the paper wrapper, and replace it with some thin tape.
