I picked up the charger that KD sells for the 18650 cells and tossed in 2 brand new Ultrafire 18650's.. they sat in the charger for roughly 7 hours and the LED was still red.. going by what a co-worker said who had a similar charger it should turn green when done...
Of course being from KD it's lacking any kind of paperwork but i just want to make sure that i'm not over-charging these cells.
