So I'm carrying an Olight T20 at the hospital right now. After an "amazing" 4 foot drop, the tail cap has turned from a fwd-clickie into a twisty.

I guess either I hit it just right, or it's a weak cap in general. Given this is the "tactical special edition" version, I was hoping it would have just a bit of robustness. Glad it isn't my weapon light, which was its original purchase reason.

Anyone know if there's a warranty with this brand?

That sucks... I'm curious to hear about your warranty experience, as I am looking close at the M20 Warrior. The are relatively new but well-received here.

Where did you buy it from?

Good luck!

The lanyard ring of my T25 tactical broke after the first use of it. I asked Olight for another ring, this was their answer :

We don't have a distributor in Belgium at the moment. It is not the best way for us to ship a ring from China to Belgium.
Maybe you could introduce me a distributor in your country, if they
successfully place an order to us, I will ask that distributor to send you a
free Olight product and a ring. Or if the dealer is close to you, you
could require them to ship you a new ring.

I like the Olights, but their warranty is cheap.:(

Sounds like they're tops in the CS department :thumbsdow

Guess I'll email BatteryJunction, as I believe I bought it from them. otherwise, I guess I have a new twistie light to abuse! Maybe relegate it to car duty.
