Talk about flashaholic, what would you call a battery addict?

I am finding that I am always looking for good battery deals and always cannot resist a good deal. Now I have a pile of batteries and not using these fast enough (read: got too many rechageables and very long lasting lithiums). LED lights do not help. These sip battery juice. I got a gerber tempo that I use as a night light. A single AAA lasts a week at 8 hours of use per night!

Any suggestions how to make use of all these batteries?

Batty?

Almost any incan will spit out batteries. My first thought was a Surefire M6 Guardian. Burn out 6 CR123 in 20 minutes on high.

If you want to eat up alkaline cells, get some incan lights.

Give the alkalines you don't want to friends or family members that aren't into rechargeables. Donate them to a shelter or a similar organization.

I call people hooked on rechargeable batteries "chargeaholics"

I once gave a friend a Lithium AA for her wall clock.

She kept on complaining that the battery in the clock wouldn't last 6 months. I found out she's been using heavy duty batteries and not even alkalines.

I told her the difference: A pack of 8 AA heavy duty batteries costs the same as 1 Lithium AA.

It's still going after more than 8 months now.

3. continue to feed the Wii remote batteries

4. Discover that your pants from way back when begin to actually fit.

Caution: those acid washed jeans may hamper your "ladies man " appeal.
