As my question suggests which one do you think is the best and most reliable for EDC.

I would like to try the EagleTac but am not sure how it performs other than what is said in the light-reviews review. Anyone have any experience with them.

Lighthound has started selling them so I would like to know which of these is better reliably/runtime and brightness.

They are really different kinds of lights. Tk11 is an excellent light, but it would be more appropriate to compare the P2d to the P10C and the Nitecore in terms of size and battery.

Fenix Tk11
advantages
- gives the most throw with the smooth reflector
- long runtime with 18650
- great finish/style, super reliable, waterproof
disadvantages
- too big for a EDC IMHO
- battery rattling if used with two cr123a
- bad regulation with 18650 on high
- I like the T1 (discontinued?) better, but Tk11 is newer

Eagletac P10C (I will receive mine soon)
advantage
- excellent high output with regulation
- comparable brightness and spill with the TK
- stainlesss steel bezel, stainless steel pocket clip, stainless steel....
- seems reliable, waterproof, good built/finish
- more when I received mine
disadvantage
- probably run warm on high
- high mode runtime could be longer for some, but I can live with a regulated extremely-hi mode

Nitecore Extreme (If you are buying, wait for the new design batch)
advantage
- good output (not crazy high)
- the best look of all three IMHO
- a VERY creative light
disadvantage
- DOES NOT WATERPROOF, especially when twisted into low mode!! I learn from experience...
- big reflector, but still less throw, and ringy beam even with op
- runtime is a little choppy and efficiency is the least compared to all others listed here
- the most expensive chinese lights I have ever own...

Fenix p2d q5
advantages
- reasonable output
- good runtime and runs very efficient
- great finish/style, super reliable, waterproof
- available in neutral finish
- the smallest light of all
- cheapest of all!
disadvantages
- does not regulate with 3.7V rechargeable cr123a like the p10c does (just use CR123A or you lose low mode)
- slippy, even with the new design

I own everything except the pending delivery p10c from hound. Let's see how does David stake up with Goliath
