I hate the Moon

Can we blow it out of the sky already??

When its overcast the moon is no where to be found.
When it's clear sky it shows it self. ZOMG.

Waited so long for a clear night & when we finally get one, the bright moon is out. Totally ruins the beautiful night sky. :scowl:

I vote for construction of a Death Star. Ocean lvls will rise & some animal behavior will go crazy...:duh2:

The hard rock band Dio wrote a song called "Shame On the Moon" sometime in the early-1980s. Yeah, shame on it!!!

It'll be a full moon on my birthday too - guess that automatically precludes me using my telescope on any but the brightest night sky objects...the planet Jupiter is all I can see from this location when the moon is out. :/

My wife loves the moon on a clear sky.

It's the only constellation she knows.

That would be an amazing view of lights, no particulate filled atmosphere to suck the throw out of your beam while being able to seen thousands of yards. Wow! I'll bet that would be something.
