I'm thinking of putting together a bike light using a Malkoff M60F and a 9.0V LiFePO4 battery pack. Do I need to worry about draining the batteries too far?

Hi, the question is good, if I'm not wrong the discharge limit is 2 Volt and the XR-E 7090 does not work below, so it is not possible to over discharge the Lifepo.

Bye, Mirco

does the batteryback has an internal balancer?

Otherwise the voltage of each cell will drift and the cells can be overcharged.

Discharge limit for the whole pack will be 6 volts so there is a danger of overdischarge.

:oops:Excuse me, you are right and I'm wrong because I'm thinking at only 1 cell of 3.6 V nominal.

Thanks, Mirco

P.S.: As first post it's great!:sick2:
