Search for builds by member TranquilityBase. He's done a few one-off, Ti AA lights.

ARCmania's made four iterations of the AA Maxlite, and his KI-B and KIT-B sets include AA tubes. (I think there's currently a first gen Maxlite for sale in the MarketPlace, and a few KI-B's and maybe a KIT-B for sale in the Custom B/S/T forum.)

TnC Products offers the Key-Lux AA, and their SF-series includes a AA tube as well.

I can't think of any other premium-priced 1AA lights.

The Heliotek HTE-1a is a 2AA priced over $100, and it would be right up there with Pila atop my list of lights that deserve more praise and recognition on CPF than they get.

HDS made a few 2AA tubes for the EDC, and a handful have shown up for sale in the past week. I believe 2AA tubes will be available for the Ra Twisty soon, as well as the Clicky eventually.

And, there's no shortage of hotwires based on NiMH AA packs.

That's all I can think of right now.
