Can lithium batteries be used in this light?
If anyone has this light your comments would be welcome.Thanks

SteveP, yes they can, I've been using standard Energizer AAA lithium cells in the 2aaa E-led Pocket light (same light,different body configuration) for several years with no problems. For the pricepoint and toughness -nice lights.

There have been a few reports of shorts in the Pocket Lights though. I had one get so hot that the plastic body actually deformed. I really wouldn't want to have that happen with lithium batteries. The Penlight seems to be safer in that respect, I never heard of any problems with the Penlight.
