This is a prepay for Custom Reamed camless reflectors ends Oct. 12th. I'll be teaming up with cmacclel who will do the reaming for this project ...

Custom Reamed reflectors @ 21.00 ea. Or 5 for $100.00
Pick any of the reflector coatings #1 - #7. All are in hand. These are replacement aluminum reflectors for C / D Maglites.

Finishes to choose from:
#1 - Smooth
#2 - Light Orange Peel
#3 - Medium Orange Peel
#4 - Heavy Orange Peel
#5 - Light Stipple
#6 - Medium Stipple
#7 - Heavy Stipple

The standard .377" reflector hole can be enlarged to
0.450" for Phillips 5761 sized bulbs.
0.550" for Osram T4 sized bulbs.
0.650" for LED type projects.

Shipping will be 5.50
Either Priority Shipping with Delivery Confirmation (USA) or the least expensive shipping to International folks.

Timeline:

The reflectors will be sent to cmacclel the week of the 13th.

First of all these are exceptional quality reflectors and a competitive price.

I love the set of all 7 surfaces that I got previously in .377, and am amazed at the dramatic differences and how some match up better with a certain bulb. To now be able to get additional bore sizes is most excellent news! I already have a number of SMO, or would have ordered that too. I'm nearly ready to do a reflector shootout, now I can include beyond WA bulbs.

ps) Greg, you have a "0" in the wrong place on your sizes...should be 0.55" not .055"

LOL! You still have 0.045" etc. in first post purchase examples...just don't want people to get confused.

After I get these, I plan on doing a mega reflector shootout with at least a few bulbs, each one at a time in same light host...showing all of your reflectors, as well as those from Delghi (3") & FiveMega (multiple textures and sizes; deep/turbo/3"/3.5"). Gonna be a lot of screwing & unscrewing of heads and bezels.

Wok, they are Mag C/D size replacement aluminum reflectors. The .377" bore is a nice small size for Welch Allyn bulbs (i.e. 1185, 1331, 1166, etc.). The new custom bore enlargement fit those new categories of bulbs that were too large to fit through the .377"

hmmm... That looks like an interesting item!
I don't know the answer. However, if the "other" Mag reflectors don't work, I would suspect the same thing with mine as well.

I'll have to review it in further detail.
