Any Info on Nuwai TM-801X-3?

Wondering if any one has any knowledge regarding the Nuwai TM-801X-3
that's offered for sale at:

A possible candidate for a mod?

By CPF standards, this is a pretty ancient and unimpressive old clunker with a dim beam, so I suppose it could be considered for a mod. There's an old thread about it here, but if you want to mod a 3D light, you might do better with a Mag.

If it easy to open up, then you can probably buy 3 Seoul P4s and bump up the output.

But if it is hard to open, then I'd pass on that light.

If you have a Maglite, it might be a better idea to get a drop-in or a mod.

Thanks for the information.

I didn't realize it was that old. I guess the thread was archived? My
CPF Only Google search did not turn up much information.

I guess I'll just stick with M*g mods.
