Yes, sorry tried to answer last night but the site went into error mode.
You have to cut the tab out of the GITD boot.
It is shorter than the stock rubber boot, so it hugs the clicker in my z57.
This turns the switch into a hair trigger.
A Nekomane Delrin Tailguard helps me there.
These rubber boots are very strong and durable, better than the MTE brand junk boots that ripped in a month, definitely worth the $$
