Mac's Custom M*g Host hotwire with 2 packs of bulbs(3854h 3854L) and battery, battery does not hold charge needs replacing soon, you can also use 2 AW C lio-ion batteries. The host is a Olive type green with tail switch. You can also use it for a drop in as show in bottom picture (DROP IN NOT INCLUDED)

It has a Aluminum Reflector Medium Orange Peel , also includes a Borofloat Lens . You can only use potted bulbs.

I am unfamiliar with this host, so please forgive my ignorance - Where does the 1100 to 1800 lumens come from?

After looking at the hotrater, I suppose the ROP HI could get up to around 1100 lumens with upgraded circuitry. I know Mac does amazing work and I wondered what is 'under the hood'?

Looking at LuxLuther's chart it can put out up to 2k lumen before flashing on the 3854H. It using a potted bulb only, I'v been using it with 2 C Lio-ion from AW, with a full charge the show it shows 8.4 to 8.5 volts, you need to be careful with a full charge, I'v flashed the bulb with a full charge on the batteries. It has a custom bulb holder for the potted bulb.
