Inova T4 old/2007/2008...how to tell apart?

Hello-

Does anyone know how to tell apart the old/2007/2008 models of Inova T4's from looking at the boxes?

the lumen rating is on the box. the new box will say 175 lumens. the 2008 box will say 3 modes of operation
