This is a perfect KL4 based light (E1L body) modded with a SSC P4 U2SVOH and a MadMax Lite driver.
Shes' got a nice warm tint, great beam pattern you'd expect from a P4 and runs for a long time without giving up much output. $200 (includes CONUS shipping)

Hi Aaron. Is this a 1 level light? can it run on RCR 3.7v? Are there dings on the KL4 bezel?

Yes,
It is a one level light with a voltage range of 0.8-5V...perfect for RCRs.
The pic of the front of the light shows the worst angle, see the ding on the side?
It must have been made before it was anodized 'cause there's no bare metal anywhere on the aluminum parts.
