laser for bird scaring

Hello. I live in Russia. I am an ornitologist,engaged in bird scaring. I know that lasers are effective for bird scaring . Advise me please, what kind of laser devices better to use for bird scaring.

Where can I buy them? Thanks in advance!

Bird scaring is not concidered a use but abuse of a laser on CPF, and as such not up for discussion here.
