my first post. so i have just broken my g2l switch cap and am looking for a replacement. i would like the type that have a crown around the switch, but not to concerned. i know i could send it to sure fire but don't want to wait for a repair. ne and all help is appreciated.

You don't send it in to Surefire.
You call them and they send you a new one right away.
You do have to CALL them however.
If you want something different get the replacement and then order a Surefire Z49 switch.

No no lanyard hole.
But I do have the proper tailcap lanyard ring and lanyard if you want to go that route.

i only thought they did that with bezels, not tailcaps(the free replacement thing)
