Connection problem with Dexlight Sapphire Crystal

I bought the Dexlight Sapphire Crystal on DealExtreme.com some months ago and it has worked perfectly until now. I have to tighten the head and clickswitch really hard in order to make it work. It's like bad connection between the body-parts or something. Any suggestions?
