I just saw an ad for this in my "Boys Life" magazine so I guess they're targeting Boy Scouts, which is a shame because for that price ($18) you can almost have an Arc AAA or other similar and, IIHO, superior light. Looks interesting though...

I like it, it would keep me from clipping my E2e+KL1 to my hat.

I don't think I can clip my Arc AAA to a hat without bending up the clip pretty bad. Also, it would be hard to get it pointing just the way I want. It's better to use a headlamp with an actual swivel. There are some pretty cheap ones being made.
