Remove tailcap,inside you will see two dimples use snap ring pliers to untwist.Hope you have the pliers if not you can get them at any automotive store,or visit a friendly mechanic..

If you can't get hold of any snap ring pliers then look around your house for a pair of stainless steel scissors. I use mine to change to the white switch cover. Please note the glow in the dark switch cover is not as good as Tiablo or Dereelight C2H.
