C to M Leef body question

I have a SureFire "M" series head with a LOTC switch that I'd like to get up and running with NM10 & MN11 lamps using primaries. I've found the Leef 2x18650 (4x123) C-M bodies but I would have to run a spacer and it would be longer than necessary.

Were there or are there any 2x18500 C to M bodies available? I'd really like to avoid the extra length and I'm not so sure the spacer wouldn't increase resistance.

Thanks for any and all insight,

Either the MN10 or MN11 will run much better on 2x18650s than it will on 3xCR123s.

2x18650s is probably the best way to run an MN11.

Agree. Recycling a recently taken photo. The bottom light can run an MN10 with 2x18650 without issue.

Fivemega is also offering some 18500 battery tubes discounted too. I have his 18650 version and it is pretty good.

3xCR123 is indeed my favorite format.

Thanks rrt, I've found the 2x18650 C to M bodies on Lighthound but my searching only turns up C to C 18500 bodies. It's not the easiest site to navigate though so I could have missed them. I'm off and looking!

nzgunnie, I don't know if I'm ready to dive into the rechargeable battery world just yet but may have to reconsider. My only experience with rechargeable batteries are those running my sons R/C stuff, there isn't too much you can mess up with those.

Thanks Clarence, Fivemega's tubes are also C to C and I'm without an adapter. I haven't found adapters available except on the secondary market where they don't last very long. Those adapters seem very popular!

Thanks for all the info! :D

I looked again on Lighthound and you are correct. I miss read the 2x18650 as 2x18500. Sorry for my mistake.
