Wouldn't this combo work?

KT1-BK mated to a Z2 body/tailcap, fivemega Bi-Pin holder, WA1111, and 2xIMR16340 cells

I understand that runtime would suffer dramatically, but it should still power on though right and be a nice thrower?

That would work perfectly.

I've run a Surefire C2 with a KT2 bezel and an MN16 lamp off of two AW IMR16340 cells. Works great!

I prefer to keep the KT2 and MN16 on my FiveMega 2x 18650 body instead though for the nearly 50 minute battery life.

But for an impressive light, the two cell format is hard to beat.

Wouldn't this combo work?
