UK 2AAA and PT Blast

I received today from Bright Guy the UK 2AAA and the PT Blast. I tested both but I noticed that the Blast is more bright than the UK. The power of the UK is 1.13 watts an the blast is rated at 1 watts. I tested both with the batteries included of each light and also swithed the batteries but the result was the same. Why the difference in brighness? Both have Xenon bulbs

I noticed the same thing. I attributed it to the bigger reflector doing a better job, but otherwise I"m at a loss. I still carry the UK rather than the PT, since the UK is so small it fits in the watch pocket on my jeans.
