Before I go and try this, ihad an idea to try running a 9V SF head in, say, my G2, using 3ea. CR2's. 3 CR2's are the same length as 2 123 Primaries, and there 3 volt's each, so in theory, I should be able to run a 9 Volt LA (P91 for example) on a normally 2 cell body. Anyone try this yet that can tell me if it will work or not? If not, I guess I, well, my G2, will be the guinea pig, and post my results shortly! :poof: . All in the name of flashaholism!:candle: My "quest" would be to run a P91 in a G2 for self defense, or, to run the P60L at improved performance (much like the improved "higher output for longer" of the G3L compared to the G2L)

P91 is pushing 123a pretty hard already, may cause problems when drawing that much current from cr2. If it was me I wouldn't try it, at least not with me next to it.
