Does anyone know if the T4s battery will die if you leave it in its charger. The only thing i can find is that it wont be overcharged but i'm buying one for my dad after having good success myself and it is more then likely that it will sit around for a week or two and then be used a bunch and then sit around again.

if anyone knows if the charger actually shuts off and stays off after its charged i would love to hear about it.

+1, I would also like to know this.

EDIT - I just spoke to Emissive Energy CS and posed the same question. I was told that once the charger tops off the cell, it terminates charging at that point. I was also told that it does not perform a slow 'trickle' charge, nor does it reactivate if the cell should drop below X.Xv. The only way to reactivate the charging process is to remove the light from the cradle and reinsert. I specifically mentioned that the intended placement is inside a hall closet, and the lady on the call said that the transformer/charger poses no fire hazard at all. Whew, good news.
