The head is secured on with locktite and is very difficult to remove. I took my first one apart but don't recommend it. What is the reason you need to take it apart?

The head is secured on with locktite
so it is screwed in?

because I have only disassembled identical looking T1s, T2s and T3s and with them the front part is pressed in,
it is a matter of "freeze-pop"

... which will NOT work here because of the switch assembly, I think. (You can try, but ...)
also freeze-pop usually kills else the led, or the driver circuit, or both.
A simple Emitter swap is not possible with Inovas.
