It\'s bright! It\'s compact!, It has a civilian
switch! I recently got an Energizer 2AA/3xCR123 Mod Light from David Gennrich in the BST forum. Sorry, no beamshots, but it IS bright. It is only to be used in 1 - 2 minute bursts to avoid melting the reflector, but it is SO NICE to have a compact, bright without a tactical switch!!! He now has a similar mod set up to accept Surefire lamp assembly - which should increase the safe run duration. See it here: http://www.candlepowerforums.com/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=UBB8&Number=228322&page=2&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=1&fpart=1
Did I mention that his mod is bright?
P.S. Beam quality is roughly similar to my 6C cell M*g.
(which is MUCH longer and heavier)
