Comes with heatsinked bi pin holder from Fivemega.

Yes you can run the AW soft start switch you just have to remove FM's bi pin holder.
Yes the AA's can run a 623 they are high discharge 10c / 18amp.
I will ship to Europe for $15 more, a little extra if you want insurance.
