I just bought two conversion kits from flashlightlens.com for my Pelican M6 and can only get intermitent light out of either M6 now. It seems to me that since the clicke switch is a "drop in" and not machined to screw-in the flashlight body this design can not be reliable. Help!

First, did you remove ALL the old switch parts?

If so, try turning the tail cap all the way, maybe giving it a really stiff turn. Also, clean all the metal to metal surfaces to assure a clean electrical path.

I bought one of these kits. After all internals have been removed from the Pelican switch the kroll switch and sleeve will NOT drop in. It gets caught on the first thread lip. Anyone else have this problem?

OK, filed down the lip a bit and got it in there. Kroll switch is bit sticky, but works.
