Hi guys,
I bought an ultrafire A1 as a gift for a friend but it doesnt have oring at the lens. Is there anyway i can add 1 in myself? and if i can, can anyone tell me how to open it up? or suggest a way to waterproof the front? thx

its just that i have no idea how to open up the head as it is one piece and the only way seems to be through the bottom of the head (the LED base or whatever that is) but it seems to be stuck.
