I took apart an oral b triumph toothbrush, which broke, but still had a good battery. The battery is green and labled sanyo ni-mh and has a JDH on it as well. it is the same length as an AA but fatter, about 16 to 17 mm wide. would this be a size A battery? anyone know of any flashlights that use this size battery?

dunno, same kinda question, i found some nimh cells at work that are slightly smaller dia and length than a C cell. I have like 100 of em so they're great source for lights... dunno anything else about em, no labels, they all show 1.2v or higher. I was thinking sub-c's but they're smaller dia too. hrmm. I'm thinkin 4 of em in a 3c mag with a malkoff 4cell.

sub-C's are 23 mm dia by 43 mm long (smaller diameter than a C which is 26 mm). Sub-C's also come in various longer and shorter versions, but all 23 mm dia.
